Sepp Blatter resigns as FIFA president???
Here is his interview
I have been reflecting deeply about my presidency and about the 40
years in which my life has been inextricably bound to FIFA and the great
sport of football. I cherish FIFA more than anything and I want to do
only what is best for FIFA and for football. I felt compelled to stand
for re-election, as I believed that this was the best thing for the
organisation. That election is over but FIFA's challenges are not. FIFA
needs a profound overhaul.
While I have a mandate from the
membership of FIFA, I do not feel that I have a mandate from the entire
world of football -- the fans, the players, the clubs, the people who
live, breathe and love football as much as we all do at FIFA.
Therefore,
I have decided to lay down my mandate at an extraordinary elective
Congress. I will continue to exercise my functions as FIFA President
until that election.
The next ordinary FIFA Congress will take place on 13 May 2016 in Mexico City. This would create unnecessary delay and I will urge the Executive Committee to organise an Extraordinary Congress for the election of my successor at the earliest opportunity. This will need to be done in line with FIFA's statutes and we must allow enough time for the best candidates to present themselves and to campaign.
Since I shall not be a candidate, and am therefore now free from the constraints that elections inevitably impose, I shall be able to focus on driving far-reaching, fundamental reforms that transcend our previous efforts. For years, we have worked hard to put in place administrative reforms, but it is plain to me that while these must continue, they are not enough.
The Executive Committee includes representatives of confederations over whom we have no control, but for whose actions FIFA is held responsible. We need deep-rooted structural change.
The size of the Executive Committee must be reduced and its members should be elected through the FIFA Congress. The integrity checks for all Executive Committee members must be organised centrally through FIFA and not through the confederations. We need term limits not only for the president but for all members of the Executive Committee.
I have fought for these changes before and, as everyone knows, my efforts have been blocked. This time, I will succeed.
I cannot do this alone. I have asked Domenico Scala to oversee the introduction and implementation of these and other measures. Mr. Scala is the Independent Chairman of our Audit and Compliance Committee elected by the FIFA Congress. He is also the Chairman of the ad hoc Electoral Committee and, as such, he will oversee the election of my successor. Mr. Scala enjoys the confidence of a wide range of constituents within and outside of FIFA and has all the knowledge and experience necessary to help tackle these major reforms.
It is my deep care for FIFA and its interests, which I hold very dear, that has led me to take this decision. I would like to thank those who have always supported me in a constructive and loyal manner as President of FIFA and who have done so much for the game that we all love. What matters to me more than anything is that when all of this is over, football is the winner.

Domenico Scala is the man charged with overseeing FIFA reform. In the aftermath of Blatter's resignation, he addressed the way forward.
"I have a great amount of respect for the President and the role that he has played in championing reform within FIFA. As he has recognised, we have worked hard to put in place governance reforms. But this has not been enough. By making this announcement, he has created an opportunity for us to go further than FIFA has before -- to fundamentally change the way in which FIFA is structured.
"As part of FIFA's work, the organisation will re-examine the way in which it is structured. While it would be premature to speculate on the outcomes of this work, nothing will be off the table, including the structure and composition of the Executive Committee and the way in which members of the Executive Committee are elected. I expect this to be an important aspect of ongoing reform. As I said a year ago, the structure of the Executive Committee and its Members are at the core of the current issues that FIFA is facing. Current events only reinforce my determination to drive this reform."

Football Drills for Kids
Football Drills for Kids
This are the essential football drills for kids.
Overview
Most of the children in youth soccer/football leagues are
just enjoying the game, they lack patience and determination required for
drills and trainings needed to make them into football players. Finding a good
coace is very essential to becoming a great football player. The coach will
find ways to encourage them, so that the trainings and football drills for kids
will be fun and interesting .
Freeze Tag
This training is for quarterbacks and recievers but most of
the coaches will train all the kids to practice all the positions. This drill
is needed to be practiced by the entire team. Separate the squad into recievers
and quarterbacks, and then pair them off with 10 to 11 yards apart from each
pair. Then the coach will control the drill by shout a series of commands which
to be performed into action by quarterbacks and recievers and both players will
freeze until the next action or command is given. The only exception with this
freeze tag is the throw and catch, this is done without freezing.
The commands are to be followed in order, Ready!
(quarterback assumes throwing position), Go! (quarterback throws ball to
receiver), Catch! (receiver catches the ball, then freezes until the next
command is given), Tuck! (the receiver secures the ball, keeping his head down
and eyes on the ball), Toss Back! (the receiver throws the ball back to the
QB). This training or drill can be repeated three times, once with a low ball,
once with a medium one and once with a high ball.
The next football drill for the kids is the Balloon Toss.
This drill or training is for summer or any day as long as its HOT! Field Day
is about being outside in the natural air and hot daylight, making water-themed
amusements an absolute necessity! For this training or drill, have the players
separated into teams of two, then form two straight lines facing each others
team, then each player will take one large step backwards from his teammate. This
mark the first line of throw. Command
the players to throw the balloon to the opposite players. The opponent team
must not be hit by the balloon. The player who will be hit by balloon will be
out. The last player to be hit is the winner. This drill can exercise the
agility. This is very essential training. Football drills for kids.
The next football drill for kids is the bull in the ring. Make
the team form a circle, and choose a player to stand in the center of the
circle. The coach will throw the ball into one of the player and then that
player must try to run across the circle. The “Bull” which is the player at the
center will then try to stop the runner. If the runner makes it across the
circle, the bull then will stay in the center. If the bull can stop the runner,
the bull will join the circle and the runner will become the bull. Continue the
drill but do not overdo this drill.
This are the essential football drills for kids. And make
sure to implement and make them train regularly and motivates them to do more! Because
success is only for the doers! Have a great day!
